A bit more about me:
I live: in North Yorkshire & I’ve recently moved back from many years down south.
I love: Country music, stand-up comedy, Harry Potter weddings, A Sunday boxset binge and being by the sea.
I’m busy: Chasing after Albus the Cavachon – a true Mischief Maker
So, that’s my story, how about yours? I’d love to hear it and be involved in telling it on your big day so please get in touch.
Please get in touch to book an initial chat and to make sure I’m the right celebrant for you! You’ll get the chance to ask any questions and we’ll get the chance to find out more about each other.
If everything aligns you want to proceed and the date is available (I only ever do 1 wedding a day) I will ask you to book, sign a contract and pay a deposit to secure your date.
Tell me all!
Depending on how soon your ceremony is I will send you my personal ‘couples quiz to help me get to know you and your love story as well as possible – think of it a bit like your own personal ‘Mr & Mrs’! We will also discuss which elements you want incorporated into your ceremony, any readings, music, rituals etc and we’ll discuss how you’ll approach your vows. With your permission I will also speak to a couple of people close to you or directly in the wedding party to get all the inside info!
It’s then over to me to create your perfect wedding ceremony! I will be busy crating the perfect re-telling of your love story, your promises to each other and your commitments for the future. I will spend you a copy 6 weeks before the big day and give you chance to feedback and I will update and amend until it is perfect. I encourage couples to try and agree to the final script with at least 4 weeks to spare before the wedding – I want the words to feel fresh and really resonate with you on the day.
Walk towards me!
(Although you don’t have to if you don’t want an aisle – the choice is yours!) On the day I will arrive ahead of the wedding party to make sure I’ve got time to speak to the venue, the photographer and all members of the wedding party or those with a role in the wedding and then the ceremony begins….
